If you are using EstimatorXpress in conjunction with PlansXpress then please ensure that you are running PlansXpress 2026 to be compatible with this release of EstimatorXpress.

- NEW feature of allowance resources and PC Sums. Allowance resources allow you to quickly update allowance prices on the fly within the estimate. If you are unsure of the final cost and want to include the resource in your quote as a PC Sum then simply change it from an allowance to a PC Sum and it will then appear in the 'Prime Cost Sum' section of the customer quote. Note that PC Sum resources will not include allowances for overhead and profit on them, and this must be added in at an agreed rate once the actual resource to be used is defined.

Import from PlansXpress can automatically estimate typical electrics and plumbing requirements based on the rooms within the drawing.
