Issue:

PlansXpress has stopped working correctly, with error codes referring to .net and no drawing page in the software.

 

Solution:

Roll back to Parallels 15.



If you have recently updated to Parallels 16 and PlansXpress has stopped working correctly then the best course of action is to roll back to Parallels 15, as per Parallels support recommendation for similar issues, until an update has been released:

This issue is under investigation, working with other developers as it is not isolated to our software. An update will be released as soon a solution is reached.
