With the latest update of EstimatorXpress we have improved a whole host of workbooks. On some peoples computers a few of these are not automatically unpacking once downloaded and cause Quick Quote to give a message about data missing for these workbooks.
The fix for this is very simple but does require you to leave your computer alone for 1 to 2 hours after following the instructions below:
From the Main Menu, select My Estimates.
This will bring you into the My Jobs screen.
Above the Menu you will see 2 tabs. Click on the Tools/Options tab
Now click on Build All Workbooks
We strongly advise you leave the computer alone whilst this process is running. Depending on the speed of your computer this typically takes between 1 and 2 hours.
