EstimatorXpress asking for password after closing.

This issue is caused by a Dropbox that integrates with Excel. To stop this issue from happening:

Click on the Dropbox icon in the Taskbar (bottom right corner of the screen)

Click on the settings gear icon in the top right of the dialog

Choose Preferences...

Under Dropbox Badge, choose ‘Never show’ from the dropdown options

Click OK
