As of Health & Safety Xpert 2022 v 7.2.446 special field codes can be inserted into documents.

When documents are previewed or published these field codes are transformed into real text.

The sample screenshot below demonstrates using a field code to insert the local HSE Office's address into a document. You can see that when previewing the output that the field code has been transformed into the actual address based on the HSE Office that was selected on the Project Details tab.

Contact information
